I have hidden the sheet tabs in a worksheet using the 'tools' - 'options'
menu. Is there any way of preventing a user simply un-hiding the sheet tabs.

Hi
Protect the workwook would be easiest (tools, Protection, Workbook).
Users won't be able to create sheets though.
