Calculate the number of hours between two dates and times

I need to calculate the number of hours and minutes between two dates
and the time.
For e.g. 23.10.05 10:00 and 25.10.05 10:15. Does anyone knw how to do
this.

=A2-A1 (If A2 is the largest)
Format Custom as [h]:mm
