Retrieve Data from a Serial Port
 

Does anyone know what addins or dll, or ocx's I may need to get excel to
receive data from multiple attached devices (by means of serial connections).

I have heard of mscomm32.ocx, is this publicly available - all references
online refer to it as a VB6 component. Is there some other component.

I am basically looking for a data logging utility.
