PERSONAL.XLS ??

Hi;

Somehow Personal.Xls started adding a workbook and a worksheet when I open
Excel. I want to keep the personal.xls modules but I want to stop the
workbook & sheet from opening up. How do I do that?

I have tried for a couple of hours now.
