publishing semi-PROTECTED excel workbook as a dynamic website
 

hi everybody!
is it possible to publish unprotected workbook within password protected
worksheets in it, on to ftp, web folder, or just as a dynamic webpage on
intranet?

any ideas & guidance is much valued
