Triple Criteria Formula
 

What formula counts how many cells contain three different criterias i.e. if a
cell D contains "Fr" and cell E contains "B" and cell F contains
"Chancellors" I want it to count but not if it contains one of them or two of
them.

=sumproduct(--($D$1:$D$100="Fr"),--($E$1:$E$100="B"),--($F$1:$F$100="Chancellors"))
