Cursor gone Mad
 

My mouse cursor has turned into a solid black box in excel and also I can no
longer access my mouse settings in control panel. Has anyone ever heard of
this sort of thing before and know a way ... out of the black!? No other
problems with the mouse in other applications.

Try slapping the wheel of your mouse?
