Eve, There is also a RandBetween Function that might work.
=RandBetween(1,90)
I'm not sure what is required to make that work however.

It requires the Analysis Toolpack installed. You can not count on it in
multiuser or multilingual environments.

Also, afaik these functions will be biult-in in the next Excel version.
Which makes them as reliable as other Excel functions. That alone makes an
upgrade worth it.
