How to set Paste:=xlPasteValues for all paste operations?

Hello,

Maybe you know if there is a property or a method that enables to block
"paste as Values" option. Is there any way to use always "paste" form
the menu as "paste as Values"?

Thanx for your advice.
Pawel.
