Macro or VB to copy data between two workbooks by column A match
 

I have a Main tab in workbook one that will have a list of ascending
non-contiguous phone numbers in column A with data in several columns. These
are in the form of 8001234567 (the cells are formatted to show them as
800-123-4567)
I have a second and third workbook with spreadsheet that will be organized
the same way.
I need to automatically copy the data on each row (specific number of
columns) from workbook two to the Main sheet in workbook one by matching the
phone numbers then pasting the data offset by several columns so the data is
next to the Main sheets original data.
If the number does not exist on the main sheet I need the macro to insert a
row at the right place in the main sheet , add the phone number in column A
and add then add the data.
The third workbook copy and paste will work the same but the data will
offset to a different set of columns.
Can this be set up as macro buttons in the main spread sheet?
I can configure the names of the two source workbooks to be some common name
for the imports or combine into one workbook etc
