Adding extra formatted rows
 

Can someone help please?

I need some code which when I reach cell G113 and add some text a routine is
run to add 100 rows below that row which are formatted with validation on
another sheet within the workbook then when I reach cell G213 and add some
text it adds another 100 rows of these rows and so on...
