I am trying to have a validation done between two date columns in which the
user will be flagged if one date is over 90 days.Is there a way to have
either one or both date columns turn color, blink or flag user on this
parameter?

Using Format=Conditional Formatting

data validation if you want to prevent the entry of the offending date.
