Default Shared Add In Project, Cannt get it working in Word or Excel

Hi Guys;

I am having a problem in running a Shared Add In project. I created a
Shared Add In project from VS.NET 2005 selected all office products
(Word, Excel, Acess, Outlook).
I followed all steps as stated in KB article

then i Build the project, and installed the setup project. When I open
the Excel or Word Nothing is bening shown no message box no custom
button. But Outlook does show the messageBox and Button both

Please help me why its not working in Excel.

I have Office 2003 and Windows XP with SP2
