add a date in a row from row above
Hi
I would like to add a date from the row/cell above (in col 4) given that the cell I want to add the date to in col 4 is empty. This should continue to execute as long as column 5 contains anything/is not blank. I tried below syntax, but it returned an error-message SUB Test () Dim r As Range For Each r In Worksheets("rådata").Range("G1:G10000") If IsEmpty(r.Value) Then Exit For End If x = 4 If (Cells(x, 4)).Value = " " Then Cells(x, 4).Value = Cells(x - 1, 4).Value x = x + 1 Loop Next End Sub |
