What does the message "Method 'Worksheets' of object '_Global' failed" mean?

I get it when i use the the spreadsheet in IE.

The code it refurs to is:
Set corpcell = Worksheets("X X X").Cells.Find(corp)

"Method 'Worksheets' of object '_Global' failed "
 

Sorry, forgot to add that that corpcell is a range and corp is a string.
