pivotable drill down
 

I've created a pivotable that queries an external database that contains
sales and cost fields. I would like to create a margin (sales - cost) field
and have it be available when drilling down in the pivotable. Thank you.

If you double-click on a pivot table cell, it shows fields from the
source data. If you create the field in the external database, it will
be available when you drill to details.
