Importing each cell in a range to a different worksheet
Hello,
I've been trying to work out the best way to import the latest prices I have from my stores department (all in a column from F7:F258). But what I need to do is import F7 into K12 of the worksheet what has the same name as the value in cell A7. Now the lastes price list is a seperate workbook to the one that I'm trying to import the data into. I've tried several loop codes but nothing seems to work. If anyone is able to help can you possiblly explain the code so that I can understand how you did it so that next time hopefully I can start to get a better grasp of how to get started. I have included the pitiful attempt that I have made to do this. Sub SetUOIPrice() Dim ws as worksheets Set i = 7 Do For eash ws in worksheets UnitPrice = "='[PATIENTCATALOGUE.xls]Pt Care Supplies'!Cells(i,12)" Range("L7").Select ActiveCell.FormulaR1C1 = UnitPrice i=i+1 Next ws Do until i=237 End Sub Thanks Glenn |
