Column transfer
 

I wish to copy a complete column of data and paste it into anothe
column. However with one stipulation. I wish to place the data fro
each copied cell automatically (with a macro) into every third cell o
the new column.

Also I wish to automate the insertion of a new row at regular interval
over an entire column range
