Minor/Major dilemma...
 

Am trying to make the following example, compare to what a person has
now, and be able to enter their usage and have it suggest a plan that
best fits needs. I have a database of plans made and I'd guess I
need a rather complicated VLOOKUP or array, but am rather new to excel,
learning as I go. What it needs look through is as follows...

Monthly Rate, Regular Minutes, Night Minutes, Weekend Minutes, Mobile
to Mobile Minutes

I might need to add some extra variables, but need this data too end up
suggesting a better fit, based on cost and usage, and have the answer
come out on the right, so I can index it, and send it to a new sheet I
have setup to present to the user if changes are needed. I'd like to
be able to drag formula down so if user has more than line, it auto
populates the suggestion sheet.
