Watermark in excel from vb.net
 

Hi,

I'm trying to add watermark / background text to each sheet in an excel
2000 workbook using VB.net (.Net Framework 1.1) with the
Interop.Office.dll.

Does anyone know how to do this?

I've found some code of how it would be done in VBA but I'm not having
much luck with that.

Any help would be great!
