Export Japanese from MS-Access to Excel
 

Hi. I have a webform in Japanese which updates an MS-Access 2000
database. If I build a web page with the SHIFT_JIS character set and
view the information from the database in a browser, then the Japanese
appears without a problem. However, I want to export the Japanese data
from Access to Excel. When I do this it seems the information is
nonsense in Excel. I've sent this to a Japanese counterpart who also
sees the information as rubbish. Is there a way to successfully export
Japanese from Access to Excel?
