In your VB Project Explorer, double click the "ThisWorkbook" icon
You should then see a two dropdowns at the top of the page. First, click the one that says "(General)"... Change that to "Workbook" Next Go to the Drop down to the right of that one and select, BeforeSave or Open or Activate or whatever.
