Default posting a question in the forum

On a co-workers computer on the same network that i am on, we cant get the
screen to post on a new question. She has a passport address and the Excel
programming forum recognizes her as her name appears welcoming her to the
forum she goes new. Question but the next screen does not appear what can I
look for to get this screen to appear for her to post questions?

Sounds like a problem local to her machine. Try uninstalling IE
(add/removve compontenets inside of add/remove programs). critical
updates, virus/spyware scan, or use mozilla :)
