all different records of a column containing more than 1 times each record
Hi,
I feel it is quite easy but I don't find it. I have a file with all my supplier invoices (with a column with the suppliers name). Each supplier come more than one times in the column (as there more than one invoice per supplier). I want to have a list on another sheet with all my different suppliers. But they have to occur only once. Thanks a lot for your help Benjamin |

Benjamin,
You might find a formulaic solution is sufficient - try Chip's site... http://www.cpearson.com/excel/duplicat.htm Post back if that doesn't fulfill your needs. NickH |
