Arrey formula for non-matching items

Hi all,
I regularly get one report file which I have to compare with my own.
Is there a array formula that will compare the 3 or 4 criteria for all
the rows and compare it with the new file which will give me the only
rows where criteria is not matching?

It is actually a negative list. All the records of two files will be
compared and only those records will be returned where criteria is not
matching.

It is a bit confusing but let me know if you need more info.

Any help is very much appreciated.
Regards,
Madiya.

you could look at the vlookup of match commands

Arrey formula for non-matching items

Rich,
Thanks for reply.
But what I want is as explained below.
Both sheets has data from col A to Col BD
Criteria is
Col A, Col D, Col AA and Col AD of both the sheet should match for each
row.
and if there is any mismatch in rows for col AA (all others are
matching) then that entire row to be listed. There might be 10 to 15
rows where there is a mismatch.

As I understood VLookup, it will return value from only one cell where
referance col is matching. It does not deal with multiple criteria.
That is the reason I was requesting for the arrey formula which can
return arrey results.

Madiya
