Saving each row of an excel file in separate excel files
Hi,
I have an huge size of excel file, it contains personnel list. I need to save each row of the file as seperate excel files. Could it be possible with using macro codes. Meanwhile naming for the new files, "A" coulmn can be used, it includes unique identification numbers with 6 digits. If someone have similar codes, could it be shared? Thanks for your help. ACAMCI |

Have you thought of moving a database approach instead of "huge" number of
Excel files to work with ? NickHK "acamci" wrote in message oups.com... Hi, I have an huge size of excel file, it contains personnel list. I need to save each row of the file as seperate excel files. Saving each row of an excel file in separate excel files
Hi Acamci,
I have an huge size of excel file, it contains personnel list. I need to save each row of the file as seperate excel files. So, if the data comprises, say, 10,000 rows, you wish to create 10,000 workbooks? May I ask why? What is your overall objective? --- Regards, Norman |
