Formula to count words
 

I have three colums. one is called examinations with stuff in ;like
ribs, chest,legs and so on. the second in type with stuff in like
private or mine. The third is radiographer with piet, koos and susan.
On a second sheet there is stats. I need to count the amount of ribs
that was done for the mine by koos.
