Default Find and select all

How do I get this:
Cells.Find(What:="bilbobaggins", After:=ActiveCell
LookIn:=xlFormulas, _
LookAt:=xlWhole, SearchOrder:=xlByRows
SearchDirection:=xlNext, _
MatchCase:=False).Activate
To select all matching cells at the same time
