Understanding macro statement

I am trying to troubleshoot a macro but unfortunately I don't have much
experience.

Can anyone help me understand what these statements do:

formula.find
formula.goto
formula.replace
get.document
get.workbook
options.calculation
paste.special
workbook.insert
workbook.name
workbook.next
workbook.prev
workbook.select

I can guess what some do but I would appreciate if anyone can shed some
light on this. Thanks.

sure some of these aren't from WORD?

Others may just be variables, so no way of telling what object they refer
to.

for example, the workbook object doesn't have an insert method.
