Adobe PDF ActiveX : shame on Adobe..!
Funny thing : try that out
That used to work properly with Adobe Acrobat ActiveX before v7 ! If you try to include an activeX control in winword.exe , choose Adobe PDF Reader, then you will not be able to make it properly. Now is the trick, rename Winword.exe to WinIt.exe and you will fool Adobe 's ActiveX control, result, everything will work properly. That means that Adobe has included some code to test wether its activeX control is running within Winword (same with Excel & Powerpoint) and to make it fail it that is the case. Now who is the bad guy....? Spread the word... |
