Please help
 

How would I do this for example:

I have a sheet with about 10 columns that will take input information
from a user. 3 columns (Highway, Beginning Milepost, and Ending
Milepost) must match the sheet which stores the rest of the data so
that the input is stored in the correct row. Thank you for any help

Please post some exmple data or upload a smalle example file to
