insert row on next sheet

I tried to write a macro in Excel VBE for the following procedure, bu
I was not succesfull. Can someone help me? Thanks in advance!

When a row is inserted on the worksheet "Begroting Calc", the rownumbe
of the inserted row should be found in column B on the next workshee
(Activesheet.Next.Select). In column B on that next sheet there ar
formulas. In row 3 column B that is =ROW('Begroting Calc'!K12), in ro
6 column B that is =ROW('Begroting Calc'!K13) and so on.
When the number is found in column B on that next sheet, there shoul
be 3 rows inserted underneath the row where the number is in
