Default Secure Macros

Hi Monkeyman,

In the VBE,

Tools | VBAProperties | Protection | Lock Project For Viewing |
Insert password | OK

Now, save, close and re-open the file.

Note, however, that Excel security is very weak and may readily be
surmounted,

Hi MonkeyMan,

I think that you have to appreciate that Excel is intrinsically and
inherently insecure.

You may, however, care to follow previous threads on this oft raised

How can you overcome the password? I have a couple of documents that
can't edit of because I can't remember the paswords. They are m
work...hence the security isn't so strong!!
