Refresh Data - Database Queries
I have several queries in an Excel workbook that control a number o charts. These queries are based around a MS Access back-end. (Where all th data is stored). The way I have arranged them is to put all the querie for a given category on a single spread sheet page within my workbook And there are several pages. The queries are for test results on man different material types used in manufacturing of printed wirin boards. Is there a way to have all the queries refresh when the workbook i opened? The data is updated on several machines in the manufacturing plan during the course of a week. I need the charts to be current each tim the workbook is opened. Another words all the queries to be refreshed. can do this manually by placing the cursor on the date column an selecting REFRESH DATA from the tool bar ~ but was wondering if ther was a better way... being that there are about 10 different queries an I would have to go to each querie and manually refresh it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance. tpear -- tpear ----------------------------------------------------------------------- tpearo's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...fo&userid=3562 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread.php?threadid=55613 |
