RTD API
 

Hey
Has the RTD API been published because I've been looking for it on the
internet and can't find it.
I want to create an RTD server in C++ Builder. I haven't been able to
find any resources for this either, only with Microsoft Visual C++.

Any knowledge would be grately appreciated
