Extracting data from read only EXCEL files
 

I want to extract data from about 100 read only files. I need to do the
following:

Identify the row # that contains:
Bereavement in Column A and ENG in Column C.

Assume that the workbook is "oWB" and the sheet in the workbook is "Sheet"
