Rows Insertion
 

hi members
how can I insert rows after every fiftth row I have data of more than
6000 rows that means I want to insert 2000 rows in that sequenc

Rows Insertion
 

Change reference to sheet to suit and I used column A to determine extent of
rows to act upon

Sub InRows()
Dim lr As Long, cr As Long

With Sheets("Sheet1")
lr = .Cells(.Rows.Count, 1).End(xlUp).Row
For cr = lr To 5 Step -5
Rows(cr).Insert
Next cr
End With
End Sub
