Hi, i get pivot tables on a weekly basis. the data is to big to open in
excel. is there any way to get the data out of the pivot table into a text
file and then for me to import into a database. i do not have access to the
data source of the pivot tables. any vba script or something

You could use page fields to filter the data, so only part of it is
showing. Extract that data, then select a different item in the page
field, and extract that.
