Can excel automatically send e-mail when particular cell is change
 

I would like to manage when some cell in my workbook (which is already linked
with some internet site and refreshes automatically), let's say cell C3 is
changed in particular word (example: from 'morning' to 'evening') and than
excel automatically send me an e-mail while word 'morning' is changed into
'evening'

How can this be done?
