Brian,
Yes, you can make this work. Save it as a new workbook but keep it open. Then do Edit Links Startup Prompt Don't display the alert and don't update the links Then save it again close reopen hey presto -- Allllen "Brian" wrote: I have a Linked worksheet that I am saving as a new Workbook. The Manual option is not highlighted.
Can I use a wookbook event(open, activate) to say no to the prompt. Allllen wrote: Brian, Yes, you can make this work. Save it as a new workbook but keep it open.
