Allow E-mail from Poster -- Groups Question

Say I want to allow an e-mail from the poster of a particular post so
we could discuss an issue further, but I don't want to publish my
e-mail address to the entire world. How can I do this? I looked into
VolcanoMail, but I'm confused. Thanks! James
