errors in emailing Excel
 

Hi,
I have built a financial statements application with VBA code tha
controls the activities of the users.

When sending it within Israel (my country) and receiving it back
everything is OK. When I receive the spreadsheet back from ou
subsidiary in USA - I receive a corrupted file. The user in the US
receives a good file that work perfectly. The problem starts when send
the file back to me...
After automatic recovey of the Excel 2003 - all the VBA code i
erased.

Did anybody faced such a problem ? any solution ?
