Formula appears as =RC[-3]+RC[-1] Whats this?
 
I am getting formula formatted as =RC[-3]+RC[-1] when simple Row and Column
references is what I desire to see. I don't know how to interpret the formula
as shown when I select that cell. I type in the typical Row/Cell location but
it gets displayed as above. an anyone help????

ToolsOptionsGeneralR1C1 Reference Style, uncheck it
