double freeze pane

Excel 10 (office XP) sp3

Is it possible to freeze the top few lines and the bottom few lines of a
sheet so that when you scroll down only the middle section moves.

I have headings at the top and totals at the bottom and I would like
them visible at all times if possible.

Thanks

I don't know about double freezing, but you cd put the totals at the top
just under the headings, and enlarge the frozen pane to accomodate.

.... or fire up a second (new) window, arrange horizontally, and have the
lower window with just the totals, and freeze-pane the upper window
containing the headings and the data in the middle section.
