Is it possible to create a userform in VB and then embed it into a specific
Excel Worksheet? It is much easier in VB to align text boxes/labels then
drawing them in the actual worksheet. Any ideas?

Userforms float above the Excel application and her sheets, so I guess
that's a No. Why would you want one inside a worksheet ?

maybe you aren't utilizing the capabilities of the drawing toolbar.

Snap, Nudge and Align/Distribute under the draw menu.

Why aren't you using the VBA Userforms? Different in some respects, but
I use them all the time without any problems. As mentioned previously,
they float above the spreadsheet, but they can be pretty much
interactive and can be launched as the workbook is opened.
