I'm a newbie at programming in Excel and I have a question about setting
true/false questions in excel. Is that possible to do? Do you have any
examples from which I could see how it is done?

Maybe you are looking for a comfortable user interface.
You could use OptionButtons that return a TRUE/FALSE result
