i can open excell files from any folders its only can be opened when i first
open excell then point to files open but if i tried to double click any
excell files from desktop for example it cant be opend any help

hi,
desktop icon are shortcuts to files and programs located on the c drive (or
other drives). make sure that your desktop icons are pointing to the correct
file path to the file.
how?
right click the desktop icon then click properties. the file path should be
displayed as the target. if it is incorrect, change it to the correct file
path.

i cant open not only from the desktop its also from the explorer from the
folders located on my hard
