floating legend
 

Hello Everyone,

I don't know if this is the forum for this question, if not I hope
someone can guide me to the correct one. Here it is:

I have a chart sheet with four interactive charts controlled by check
boxes. Since all the legends mimic each other I would like to create a
code for a floating legend that can be controlled by a command box so
the user can click on it for reference and it appears
