I want to use Excel for some data collection purpose, after which i need to
upload the same excel. So for beeter use, i want to know which way is better,
use pure excel features or Form features.?

You really have to decide which is best for your particular application. Try
it each way and see which you prefer. This forum isn't really the best place
for that kind of discussion - it's more here to help with specific issues
you may be having.
