how do i make a chart for ranking sales estimates
 

I am trying to make a chart for work I have to rank 29 stores from top to
bottom with there percentage of estimate from for each day. this chart
includes these sub titles in the following order rank, store, manager and %
of estimate. I would like it so when i type store number and % that it ranks
them automatically. Any suggestions?
